Catering Policies

Thank you for making Schumsky's Catering your first choice for special events.
We are at your service, whether you are celebrating a wedding, birthday or
other event, or entertaining in the office or at home.

Full Service, Staffed Events

A $500.00 deposit is required at the time of your booking.
This deposit will hold your date and is refundable up to thirty days prior to the event.

A final guest count must be given five days prior to event
to ensure adequate food quantities and staffing.

There will be a minimum charge on any catered dinner. Minimum charge for complete catered
dinners, served at your location is $725.00

All menu prices subject to staffing charges, 10% Services Fee, 20% Gratuity and
9.5% Sales Tax.
The Service Fee includes equipment, display, linens, and skirting for service tables,
set-up, and clean-up.

We require a minimum of one and one-half hours for set-up

Food safety is our first priority and as we provide extra product to ensure a successful event, the
onsite manager will handle all leftover food.

Any items can be picked up at the restaurant withouth additional charge.

Drop Off Orders

Please allow 24 hours notice:
A ten person minimum is preferred.
A 25% deposit is required.
